Iron Customer Reach VMAX Data Deletion Instructions

Iron Customer Reach VMAX is provided by American Iron LLC. This page explains how an account holder or an individual can request deletion of personal information associated with the Service.
Request deletion
Email info@americanironus.com with the subject Iron Customer Reach VMAX Data Deletion Request. Include:
- the name of the organization or business account involved;
- the email address or phone number associated with the record; and
- a short description of the information or account you want deleted.
Do not include passwords, access tokens, payment-card details, or identity documents in an email. We may ask for reasonable verification before acting on a request.
If your information was provided by a business that uses Iron Customer Reach VMAX, contact that business first. It controls its customer records and can direct American Iron to delete them under its service agreement. An account administrator can also remove contact records through the Service where those controls are available.
We will review and respond to a verified request within the time required by applicable law. We may preserve information when required by law, to establish or defend legal claims, to maintain security, or to honor an opt-out or suppression request. Information in backups may be removed on the backup cycle, subject to applicable obligations and protections.
